All items are checked before dispatching however, in the rare instance that a garment/product is damaged or faulty on delivery, please inform us within 24 hours so that we can rectify the situation immediately. Include your order number and a detailed description of the problem, and we will revert as soon as possible, letting you know exactly how to proceed.
Take note that replacements are dependent on Mean&Mad inspection includes the problems caused by materials, printing or manufacturing flaws.
Where we are unable to replace your product due to low stock levels, we will offer you a refund by means of a fully redeemable voucher or a suitable replacement to the same/similar value.
To ensure your own legal interest, please make sure that you select your purchases carefully.
Our aim at Mean&Mad is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and our service delivery. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied, please contact us immediately in order for us to address and rectify the situation. Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed or damages caused by deliberate misuse. Upon receipt of returned goods, Mean&Mad reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Delivery and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a dispatching error.
